Welcome to our non-smoking apartment, it is 65m² and has 2 - 4 beds and a south-facing balcony with a direct view of the glacier ski area Kitzsteinhorn in Kaprun and in the Nationalpark Hohe Tauern.
Our house is located in a quite, yet central part of the district Zeller Moos. There is a bus stop and several supermarkets nearby.
For our visitors there is a free carport-parking place!
Zell am See - Kaprun
The centre of Zell am See, the world famous town of Kaprun, with its glacier ski area and reservoirs and the Tauern Spa World to relax, are only around 4 km far from the apartment.
The Zeller See (lake), with its drinking water quality, is perfect for swimming, boat trip, sailing and surfing, fishing and can easily be reached by bicycle in your family holiday.
