If you are travelling on the B311 from Saalfelden:
Go through the bypass tunnel of Zell am See, at the end of the tunnel, follow the directions towards Kaprun.  You then come to an intersection, keep heading straight.  About 150 metres after the intersection, turn left at the exit to Zeller moss.  You will then drive over train tracks and take the first street to your left, Nelkengasse.  You will then pass Rosengasse, keep going straight.  The next street on your left is Lilienweg, and we are the second house on the left (a semi-detached/duplex house).

If you are travelling on the B168 from Mittersill:
Go to Zell am See, about 150 metres after the sign for Zell am See take the exit to your right for Zeller Moos and you will drive over train tracks.  After the train tracks, take the first street to left, this is the Nelkengasse. You will then pass the next street, Rosengasse.  Turn left into the next street, Lilienweg, and we are the second house on the left (a semi-detached/duplex house).

If you are travelling on the B311 from Bischofshofen:
About 150 metres after the sign for the town of Zell am See at the second roundabout take the exit to the right, follow the directions to Kaprun, then go straight through the next set of traffic lights.  Just after the traffic lights, turn right.  You will pass a hardware store called Öbau Ebster on your right, take the next right to Zellermoos Street. After 250 metres take the first street right (Nelkengasse). After 100 m on your right you will see Lilienweg, however do not turn here.  Lilienweg is a crescent and reconnects with Nelkengasse.  About 100m further along Nelkengasse you will again see a turn off on your right to Lilienweg, turn right here.  We are the second house on the left, at 30 Lilienweg (a semi-detached/duplex house).
